Delivery time
At Bergproducts we strive to deliver your order within 3 working days We can deliver to you, provided the product is in stock. If the desired item is not in stock with us or our suppliers, you will automatically receive an email with the expected delivery time. As soon as your order ships, we will send a second email with the shipping information. NB: Offers are valid while supplies last, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping method
We ship as standard with DHL or DPD within the Netherlands.
Track & Trace of your order
Once your order has shipped and reached the carrier's depot, the package will be scanned. You will then receive an email from our shipping system with:
- It Track & Trace number of your package.
- The carrier your package was shipped with.
This allows you to easily track your order all the way to your door.

Postage costs
The shipping and handling costs for standard shipments within the Netherlands are € 8,50 (for products such as radios, navigation systems, etc.).
Free shipping is available for orders from € 135,00 within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
