Map updates are available in our web shop and are delivered on a micro SD card or USB stick. You'll receive an installation video with the package, which you can watch by scanning the QR code on the flyer with your smartphone's camera.
We recommend updating the maps at least once a year to ensure you have the most up-to-date route information.
Problems and Solutions (10)
The system must always be connected to the supplied charger during use.
- Check that the memory card (if applicable) is inserted correctly and is not damaged.
- Update the maps
- Restart the system after updating the maps.
- Check the storage space on the device and delete unnecessary files if necessary.
- Check that the FM function is not enabled, see the video on the instruction portal.
- Check that the volume control on the navigation system and camper is not muted or set too low.
- Make sure the correct language and voice are selected in the settings.

- Make sure your hands are clean and dry and that there is no protective film or dirt on the screen.
- Perform a soft reset by turning the device off and on again.
